We always bought breakfast sandwiches to throw in the freezer for my husband to take to work. I decided to make my own. He loves the McGriddles at McDonald's so I made mine to kind of resemble them.

These sweet and savory breakfast sandwiches are going to be a big hit with your family! They're a fun weekend breakfast and great if you're on-the-go. We loved the slight sweetness from brushing the pancake with syrup. If you're eating these at home, you may want to add even more syrup like some in the Test Kitchen did. So yummy!
