wide size sourdough bread, unsliced
1/3 c
2 tsp
dijon style mustard
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
white pepper
6 oz
thinly sliced ham
6 oz
thinly sliced turkey
6 slice
swiss cheese
melted butter

How to Make Molly Brown


  • 1Slice bread lengthwise, trim crust from crust.
  • 2Flatten each slice with rolling pin.
  • 3Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper.
  • 4Spread mayonnaise mixture on each slice of bread.
  • 5Layer ham, turkey and Swiss cheese on each slice.
    ( Use amount of ham, turkey and cheese as needed, not necessarily the amounts mentioned.)
  • 6Roll up sandwich: secure with toothpick.
  • 7Brush with melted butter and place on baking sheet.
  • 8Bake in oven that has been preheat to 375* for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 9A variation called Horace Tabor: Use roast beef, turkey and cheddar cheese instead of ham and Swiss cheese.
