Ingredients
- 1 - wide size sourdough bread, unsliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon style mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 ounces thinly sliced ham
- 6 ounces thinly sliced turkey
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- - melted butter
How To Make molly brown

Step 1Slice bread lengthwise, trim crust from crust.

Step 2Flatten each slice with rolling pin.

Step 3Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper.

Step 4Spread mayonnaise mixture on each slice of bread.

Step 5Layer ham, turkey and Swiss cheese on each slice. ( Use amount of ham, turkey and cheese as needed, not necessarily the amounts mentioned.)

Step 6Roll up sandwich: secure with toothpick.

Step 7Brush with melted butter and place on baking sheet.

Step 8Bake in oven that has been preheat to 375* for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves5-6

Step 9A variation called Horace Tabor: Use roast beef, turkey and cheddar cheese instead of ham and Swiss cheese.
