I love grilled cheese sandwiches, this is my take on a Barefoot Contessa's original recipe. She adds crumbled bacon in her recipe. My husband likes me to add sliced ham to his sandwich, but he will eat it plain. It's delicious!
My husband calls me Lea,hence the name.
