Ingredients
- 1 - green pepper
- 1 - onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed
- 6 - italian sausage links
- 6 - hoagie rolls
How To Make italian sausage hoagies

Step 1Slice the green pepper and onion into small strips.

Step 2Place sausage links in a skillet and add enough water to almost cover the links. Boil for 30 minutes.

Step 3Drain the remaining water from the skillet. Add the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes. Arrange the pepper and onion over the sausage links.

Step 4Cover the skillet and simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until pepper and onion are soft. Place links on hoagie rolls and top with the sauce and peppers and onions.
