shredded mexican blend cheese
4 Tbsp
salsa
8 slice
bread
butter

How to Make Grilled Cheese San Antonio Style

Step-by-Step

  • 1For each sandwich: Place 1/4 c. cheese on a slice of bread.
  • 2Top with a Tbsp. salsa. Cover with another slice of bread.
  • 3Add jalapeno slices if desired.
  • 4Melt butter in skillet and grill each sandwich. Flip once to toast both sides.
