How to Make Grilled Cheese San Antonio Style

Step-by-Step

  1. For each sandwich: Place 1/4 c. cheese on a slice of bread.
  2. Top with a Tbsp. salsa. Cover with another slice of bread.
  3. Add jalapeno slices if desired.
  4. Melt butter in skillet and grill each sandwich. Flip once to toast both sides.
