If you love french onion soup and grilled chicken lover I know your going to enjoy this combination. This was a creation of mine I made 2 years ago and thought I should go ahead and post it. Now, I must say that this panini is packing some flavor because of the french onions that were cooked in beef broth, brandy, thyme and rosemary. So, what I'm really saying is make the soup and then make these French Onion Chicken Panini's. You'll be glad you did. -- Though I created this out of leftovers I now look forward to making the soup just to have the panini too!

How To Make french onion chicken panini

I had leftover incredible french onions from this soup that I made and that's how a delicious new sandwich is created. https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/soup/vegetable-soup/french-onion-soup-10.html?p=2
  • Step 2
Heat up your onions & chicken in a pan till nice and hot. Turn on your panini grill to get it nice & hot. Assemble as such, a slice of bread, cheese, chicken and onions. Add another slice of cheese if you want. Now, press that baby and make that cheese ooze all over the chicken & onions and you'll have one mouth watering sandwich when your done.
