egg salad with cottage cheese
Cassie posted this recipe on JAP and I thought it sounded great. A unique way to make egg salad. My husband did not like it because he likes the Miracle whip taste so I changed the recipe a bit by leaving out the butter and replacing it with Miracle whip. It was a hit. The cottage cheese gives the egg salad a different texture. It's really good. Thanks Cassie

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs boiled
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 small shallot chopped
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- - salt and pepper
How To Make egg salad with cottage cheese

Step 1Peel the eggs and chop them up. Add all ingredients and mix well. Serve in between two pieces of bread
