- 8 - eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 8 slices bread
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make egg salad sandwich

Step 1Put eggs in saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes, cool, peel and dice.

Step 2Add diced eggs to mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients, minus the bread. Stir to combine. Spread over bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
