  • 1 tsp
    prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 8 slice
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Egg Salad Sandwich


  1. Put eggs in saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes, cool, peel and dice.
  2. Add diced eggs to mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients, minus the bread. Stir to combine. Spread over bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
