Nothing better than a deliciously satisfying egg salad sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 8 slices bread
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make egg salad sandwich

  • Step 1
    Put eggs in saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes, cool, peel and dice.
  • Step 2
    Add diced eggs to mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients, minus the bread. Stir to combine. Spread over bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
