easy cheesy open face steak sandwich
This is something I put together for the kids after school snack and it grew into weekend lunch for the whole family. They top it with just about anything. From lettuce and tomatoes to black olives and avocado. The best part is its easy and fun to see what the kids add each time.

Ingredients
- 1 box thin sliced sandwich steaks
- dash garlic salt and pepper
- 4 slices your favorite cheese
- 1 small sliced and grilled onion
- 1- package bread rolls(i use hot dog buns)
- - ranch dressing to taste
How To Make easy cheesy open face steak sandwich

Step 1Fry up steak in skillet and shred. Lay cheese slices across the top. Microwave until chess is melted.

Step 2Open buns, spread butter and toast in the skillet.

Step 3Place meat and cheese on top of open bun. Top with onion,ranch and seasonings. Serve.
