This was a recipe I actually got from my God son, who asked me to make this for him and it was the best shrimp sandwich I ever had! His family is Creole and his grandmother use to own a resteraunt and I'm pretty sure the recipe was hers. For a sandwich, it's slightly time consuming as you must remove the tail from the shrimp, batter and fry, but for a meal, not that time consuming and I find them to be very filling.

How To Make creole style shrimp loaves
Clean shrimp, devein, peel and remove tail, then season
To make batter; beat eggs in small bowl, combine corn meal and flour in seperate bowl and coat shrimp in eggs, then in flour and corn meal mixture
