I have people who don't like corn beef but they only eat mine. This is a sandwich that will not go unnoticed.

Ingredients

  • lb
    2lb. (package uncooked corn beef)
  • lb
    1 lb. bacon
  • ·
    2 onion
  • ·
    2 bell pepper
  • scoop(s)
    1/4 seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder
  • tsp
    mayonnaise
  • slice
    4 pickled jalapeno
  • ·
    2 tomatoes
  • slice
    16 slices provalone cheese
  • bag(s)
    1 (6 to 8) bolillo rolls

How to Make Corn Beef delight Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Add seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cover with water, Cook corn beef until it fall apart
  2. Stir fry Julian sliced onion, bell peppers, 1Tsp garlic powder,1Tsp onion powder in table spoon of bacon grease.
  3. slice jalapeno, tomatoes and provolone cheese
    butter bread, brown in skillet or oven
  4. prepare building sandwich:
    spread mayo on bread, jalapenos, (in microwave)meat,bell pepper, onions, melt cheese, add bacon and tomatoes
