How to Make Brisket and Cheese Panni

  • 1We love to smoke briskets and I always have plenty leftover, besides the usual quesadilla, we love grill cheese sammies too. This one is scrumptious.
  • 2Shred or chop brisket, heat. Place plenty of cheese on bottom of bun, heap on brisket, then add more cheese. Place in a sandwich press till cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  • 3If you don't have a panni press, just use a skillet or griddle, place a med. heavy skillet on top, flip sandwich once while melting cheese and toasting bread.
