Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, pork or turkey
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup low sugar ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make barbeque sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Brown meat and onions and drain any excess grease.
  • Step 2
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until water cooks down and sauce is thickened.
  • Step 3
    Serve on rolls.
