Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 - inch knob of ginger grated
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 - scallions minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 stalks bok choy green parts only chopped
- CHILI GARLIC AIOLI
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- - bread or bun of choice
How To Make asian pork burger with chili garlic aioli

Step 1Place the ginger, garlic, and scallions in food processor and mince small. Add the pork and soy sauce. Shape into burgers and fry or bake until done.

Step 2Mix all the ingredients for aioli together.

Step 3Place burger on desired bread. Top with chopped bok choy and chili garlic aioli
