I love Asian flavors. Came up with this for lunch today. Was a big hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 - inch knob of ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 - scallions minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 stalks bok choy green parts only chopped
  • CHILI GARLIC AIOLI
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • - bread or bun of choice

How To Make asian pork burger with chili garlic aioli

  • Step 1
    Place the ginger, garlic, and scallions in food processor and mince small. Add the pork and soy sauce. Shape into burgers and fry or bake until done.
  • Step 2
    Mix all the ingredients for aioli together.
  • Step 3
    Place burger on desired bread. Top with chopped bok choy and chili garlic aioli
