Nothing off the beaten path, innovative or unusual about this copycat sandwich from a local restaurant. But it always hits the spot! Tastes *best* when tomatoes are in season. Patrons have a choice of hummus [or] cream cheese but I request a little of both. Amounts given are estimated. Served with fresh local fruit including cantaloupe, blackberries and watermelon.

- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1-2 slice tomato
- 2-3 slices avocado, thin slices
- 3-4 slices cucumber
- - greens (lettuce of your choice such as baby spinach, mesclun, arugula)
- - cracked black pepper, to taste
