I know this won't be for a lot of cooks....but if you have a hunter in your family this is a good way to fix a deer roast.

Ingredients

5 lb
venison roast
1 can(s)
condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1On a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, place roast.
2Fold foil around roast and pour the cream of mushroom soup and the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
3Roast in a 350 degree F oven for about 4 hours. Open foil at top to test for tenderness. Be careful not to let gravy escape.
