Ingredients
- 5 pounds venison roast
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
How To Make venison roast

Step 1On a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, place roast.

Step 2Fold foil around roast and pour the cream of mushroom soup and the dry onion soup mix over the roast.

Step 3Roast in a 350 degree F oven for about 4 hours. Open foil at top to test for tenderness. Be careful not to let gravy escape.
