I know this won't be for a lot of cooks....but if you have a hunter in your family this is a good way to fix a deer roast.

How to Make Venison Roast


  1. On a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, place roast.
  2. Fold foil around roast and pour the cream of mushroom soup and the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
  3. Roast in a 350 degree F oven for about 4 hours. Open foil at top to test for tenderness. Be careful not to let gravy escape.
