This is such an easy, but oh so good, way to prepare a pork loin roast. The rub is so good, but has a real bite to it because of the cracked pepper. Enjoy!!

3 lb
boneless pork loin roast
2 Tbsp
cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp
dried basil
2 tsp
dried rosemary
2 tsp
dried thyme
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
salt

How to Make Herb Crusted Rub for Pork Loin Roast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pat pork roast dry with paper towel. In small bowl combine all rub ingredients well and apply to ALL surfaces of the pork roast.
  • 2Place roast in a shallow pan and roast in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour (20 min. per lb.), until internal temp. reads 145 degrees.
  • 3Remove from oven and let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
