This is such an easy, but oh so good, way to prepare a pork loin roast. The rub is so good, but has a real bite to it because of the cracked pepper. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make herb crusted rub for pork loin roast

Step 1Pat pork roast dry with paper towel. In small bowl combine all rub ingredients well and apply to ALL surfaces of the pork roast.

Step 2Place roast in a shallow pan and roast in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour (20 min. per lb.), until internal temp. reads 145 degrees.

Step 3Remove from oven and let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
