This is such an easy, but oh so good, way to prepare a pork loin roast. The rub is so good, but has a real bite to it because of the cracked pepper. Enjoy!!

3 lbboneless pork loin roast

2 Tbspcracked black pepper

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

2 tspdried basil

2 tspdried rosemary

2 tspdried thyme

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make herb crusted rub for pork loin roast

1Pat pork roast dry with paper towel. In small bowl combine all rub ingredients well and apply to ALL surfaces of the pork roast.

2Place roast in a shallow pan and roast in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour (20 min. per lb.), until internal temp. reads 145 degrees.

3Remove from oven and let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
