  • 2 small
    pork loin, boneless
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    ginger, fresh chopped or powder
  • 1/2 c
  • 4 clove
    garlic chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 3
    chopped scalions
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper

How to Make Asian Loin of Pork


  1. mix all ingredients except pork in blender
  2. pour mix over pork....marinate a few hours or overnight
  3. heat oven to 350 degrees
  4. bake for 25 minutes, internal temperature of 150 degrees let rest ten minutes slice and enjoy
