- 2 small pork loin, boneless
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger, fresh chopped or powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup marmalade
- 3 - chopped scalions
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
How To Make asian loin of pork

Step 1mix all ingredients except pork in blender

Step 2pour mix over pork....marinate a few hours or overnight

Step 3heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 4bake for 25 minutes, internal temperature of 150 degrees let rest ten minutes slice and enjoy
