- 4 1/2 - lb boneless rib roast
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 ounce butter
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - diced shallots
- 3/4 cup red wine

Step 1Drain and wash beef and trim excess fat or muscle edge. Keep the top layer of fat.

Step 2Mix together the seasoning: garlic powder, olive oil, black pepper, butter, pepper, salt, onion powder, baking soda, red wine.
