sweet and spicy country style ribs

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika, smoked
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
- 8 medium country style ribs, boneless
- 3/4 cup honey
How To Make sweet and spicy country style ribs

Step 1Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed.

Step 2Place ribs in a baking pan with 2 inch sides that will fit the ribs without them touching each other. Important that the ribs have air flow between them.

Step 3cover all four sides of the ribs with the spice mix. Let them set for 30 minutes. In the meantime preheat the oven to 400F degrees. To get the proper crust on the ribs, the oven must be preheated.

Step 4After 30 minutes, pour honey evenly over the tops of the ribs. Place in the oven for 40 minutes.

Step 5Depending on the size of the ribs, they should be done and tender. If the internal temp is less than 160F degrees, put back in the oven for 10 minutes at a time until done.
