2 lbfresh country style pork ribs
1 can(s)beer (any type you like)
1 bottleyour favorite bbq sauce
How to Make Juicy BBQ Ribs
- Cut all ribs so that there are 2-3 to each serving. Place in a deep baking pan, deep enough to hold the beer and any drippings from the pork.
- Pour a can of beer over the ribs and cover with tin foil.
- Place in oven at 250 degrees for 3-4 hours. Just let it cook slowly. Pull ribs and place on a hot grill to finish with BBQ sauce of your choice. (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
