Sometimes you just want something a little different and I suppose you can't get much different than this. lol I hope you like these for a change and a little different. The fresh vegetables makes them refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    super lean ground chuck
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pepper (you can use bell or and hot pepper you like)
  • 1 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 6 slice
    american cheese
  • 6 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 12 slice
    english muffin
  • 6 slice
    lettice leafs
  • 12 slice
    tomato
  • 18 slice
    very thin sliced cucumber
  • 1 jar(s)
    stuffed olives
  • 6 Tbsp
    green goddess salad dressing

How to Make Zelda 's High Rise Cheeseburgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine Ground beef, ground pork, onion, chopped pepper, garlic, seasoning salt, pepper, and cumin.Form out five inches in diameter and make 12 patties. Slice six muffins in half to toast. Place on grill. let cook for 15 minutes per side, depending on the doneness you prefer. Top each of the patties with the cheese the last minute of cooking. Spread toasted muffins with salad dressing. Build each sandwich as follows. Muffin half, lettuce leaf, patty, tomato slice, 3 cucumber slices, patty, and muffin. Secure each sandwich with wooden pick tipped with olive. Yields six sandwichs.
