1 pkgwonton wrappers
1 lbground pork
3 dash(es)soy sauce
1 bunchgreen onions
6 clovegarlic, crushed (you can use less if you prefer)
How to Make Wonton
- Mix all ingredients together (except the wrappers of course), and blend with an electric hand mixer or food processor until mush.
- Drop by rounded spoonful onto wonton wrappers, and pinch/twist closed.
- To cook, simply boil, steam, or pan fry (your choice) until tender.
- Wonton can also be frozen on cookie sheets and bagged for use later.
