Ingredients

wonton wrappers
1 lb
ground pork
3 dash(es)
soy sauce
1
egg
1 bunch
green onions
6 clove
garlic, crushed (you can use less if you prefer)

How to Make Wonton

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together (except the wrappers of course), and blend with an electric hand mixer or food processor until mush.
  • 2Drop by rounded spoonful onto wonton wrappers, and pinch/twist closed.
  • 3To cook, simply boil, steam, or pan fry (your choice) until tender.
  • 4Wonton can also be frozen on cookie sheets and bagged for use later.
