    chopped carrot
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onion
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 c
    shredded pork
  • 1 c
    diced ham
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 c
    frozen hash brown potatoes,thawed
  • 3 c
    cooked wild rice
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese,divided
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 3/4 ounces)condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How to Make Wild Pork Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In large skillet,saute carrot and red onion in margarine;remove from skillet.
  3. In same skillet,saute shredded pork and diced ham for 5 minutes.Sprinkle with seasoned pepper.
  4. Spread potatoes and blue cheese in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  5. Combine
    carrot,red onion,shredded pork,ham,wild rice,1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese,soup,cream cheese and sour cream in large bowl.
  6. Spread pork mixture over potatoes.Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs on top.Bake 40 minutes.
