- 12 - reduced-fat ritz crackers
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup light cream
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese, i used reduced-fat
- 1/3 cup cooked, chopped ham

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray. Place a cracker in each muffin cup.

Step 2In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mix equally into muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, 20 mins.
