Ingredients
- 1 package hamburger
- 1 package mild sausage
- 1 can diced tomatoes with jalapenos
- 1 can northern white beans
- 1 can red beans
- 1 - red onion
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans vegetable juice
- 2 tablespoons seasoning salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder
How To Make warm up with this yummy chilli.
-
Step 1To minimize grease I fry the hamburger and sausage in a pan. I don't cook it all the way just down enough to drain grease out of it a good 20 mins. It will finish in the crock pot. Drain the meat good. Then add to the crock pot.
-
Step 2While your meat is cooking this gives you time to cut the garlic diced pieces & the red onion into long pieces like straws. Once the meat is in the crock pot add the tomatoes, garlic, onions, beans, seasoning salt, vegetable juice and tomato sauce.
-
Step 3Let this cook over night or during the time your at work. Let cook for min of 4 hours. Please let cool down before trying it out. It will be very hot and burn you mouth. Once cooled add crackers if you want and enjoy. Its simply yummy. I sometimes put it into bread bowls and add shredded cheese during the winter. kids love to eat it all when they come in from playing outside.
