These have an amazing Asian flare. If you don’t have or can’t find the Veri Teriyaki sauce simply use 1 cup soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- - 2 very thick bone in pork chops
- - 1 can { 12 ounce } frozen orange juice { no pulp }
- - 1 cup veri veri teriyaki sauce
- - ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- - 2 teaspoons russian style mustard { or any bold type }
- - 1/8 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
- - 1 cup finley chopped green onions { white and green parts }
- TO MAKE THE MARINADE:
- - put all of the ingredients {except the chops} in a medium sauce pot.
- - cook for 30 minutes on low.
- - let this cool completely and then add the scallions then put everything in a large zip lock baggie add the chops and the marinade.
- - refrigerate overnight.

Step 1When you are ready to grille the chops, remove them from the baggie and drain off some of the marinade.

Step 2Grille the chops till they are beautifully browned.
