These have an amazing Asian flare. If you don’t have or can’t find the Veri Teriyaki sauce simply use 1 cup soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • - 2 very thick bone in pork chops
  • - 1 can { 12 ounce } frozen orange juice { no pulp }
  • - 1 cup veri veri teriyaki sauce
  • - ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • - 2 teaspoons russian style mustard { or any bold type }
  • - 1/8 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
  • - 1 cup finley chopped green onions { white and green parts }
  • TO MAKE THE MARINADE:
  • - put all of the ingredients {except the chops} in a medium sauce pot.
  • - cook for 30 minutes on low.
  • - let this cool completely and then add the scallions then put everything in a large zip lock baggie add the chops and the marinade.
  • - refrigerate overnight.

How To Make usa usa usaisa

  • Step 1
    When you are ready to grille the chops, remove them from the baggie and drain off some of the marinade.
  • Step 2
    Grille the chops till they are beautifully browned.
