Ingredients

- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbl. vinegar
- 4 tbl. granulated sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 lbs. sweet italian sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red or green pepper, sliced

How To Make sweet italian sausage

Step 1

Mix together in a bowl, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and the sugar and ketchup. (set aside)

Step 2

In a 9x13 baking dish layer the sausage, onion and your pepper.
Step 3

Pour sauce over your sausage.
Step 4

Bake at 375 deg. for 1-1/2 hours, covered
