  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/3 c
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    green pepper (if you desire)
  • 5-6
    pork chops

How to Make Sweet And Sour Pork Chops


  1. Combine flour, sugar brown sugar and salt. Coat pork chops in mixture. Arrange pork in 8" x 12" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over chops.
  2. Combine soy sauce, vinegar and water; pour over chops. Top with chopped onion and sliced green pepper, if desired.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60-75 minutes. You can also microwave covered for 1/2 hour.
