How to Make Sweet And Sour Pork Chops
- Combine flour, sugar brown sugar and salt. Coat pork chops in mixture. Arrange pork in 8" x 12" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over chops.
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar and water; pour over chops. Top with chopped onion and sliced green pepper, if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 60-75 minutes. You can also microwave covered for 1/2 hour.
