sweet and sour pork chops

my boys love this recipe and have their wives make it also

Ingredients

  • - 6 rib/lion chops
  • - olive oil to brown chops
  • - 1 beef cube
  • - 1 cup boiling water
  • - 1/4 cup vinegar
  • - 2 tb soy sauce
  • - 1/4 cup white sugar
  • - 8 3/4 oz can of pineapple chunks
  • - 6 green pepper rings
  • - 1/4 cup of onion or more
  • - serve over rice

How To Make sweet and sour pork chops

  • Step 1
    brown chops, onions then add 1 cup of boiling water with beef OXO mixed in with the chops and onions
  • Step 2
    mix vinegar, sugar,drained pineapple juice together
  • Step 3
    add green pepper rings and pineapple chunks
  • Step 4
    Simmer for 1 hour all the ingredients and chops
  • Step 5
    Mix2 TB of corn starch and 2 TB of water together then thicken the chops
