sweet and sour pork
This is a good recipe when you dont have enough protien to go around. Pork or Chicken is good with this.

Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup pineapple, crushed with juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pound pork
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- - salt and pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups chinese vegetables, frozen not seasoned
How To Make sweet and sour pork

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingrediants. Set a side. Set aside the frozen chinese veg. to thaw alittle.

Step 2Cut pork into bite size shapes. Salt and pepper and on a plate or bowl sprinked the corn starch and coat each peice of meat.

Step 3In a wok or large non stick pan add 2-3 tablespoon of oil and on med-high heat brown pork peices until golden brown.

Step 4Add the sauce to the pan and let simmer until thicken. Add the vegetables and cook until vegetables are crisp tender. Serve over rice or noodles, garnish with pineapple.
