  • 1 jar(s)
    (10 ounces) russian dressing or catalina dressing
  • 1 c
    apricot preserves

How to Make Sweet and savory apricot pork chops


  1. Place the pork chops into a casserole dish.
  2. Mix onion soup mix, Russian dressing and apricot preserves together.
    Place mixture over chops and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
