Ingredients
- 1 small 1.5oz hormel roast flavored pork roast (walmart)
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow or dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
How To Make spiced pineapple pork

Step 1Line a 8' square dish with foil and place your roast wrapped snuggly in foil in the oven. Bake at 350 2 hours.

Step 2For the glaze, mix the preserves, honey, vinegar, mustard, and allspice in a bowl , and set aside.

Step 3Remove roast from oven after the two hours, meat should be browning nicely. At this point, place crushed pineapple on roast and then pour your glaze over top to run down the sides.

Step 4Leave foil open and place back in oven 30-40 minutes to let glaze bake into meat. Serve warm.
