Spiced Pineapple Pork
1 small1.5oz hormel roast flavored pork roast (walmart)
1/2 cpineapple preserves
1 Tbspred wine vinegar
1 tspyellow or dijon mustard
1/4 tspall spice
1 smallcan crushed pineapple, drained
How to Make Spiced Pineapple Pork
- Line a 8' square dish with foil and place your roast wrapped snuggly in foil in the oven. Bake at 350 2 hours.
- For the glaze, mix the preserves, honey, vinegar, mustard, and allspice in a bowl , and set aside.
- Remove roast from oven after the two hours, meat should be browning nicely. At this point, place crushed pineapple on roast and then pour your glaze over top to run down the sides.
- Leave foil open and place back in oven 30-40 minutes to let glaze bake into meat. Serve warm.
