This is and easy lunch to make. Any one 7 and up can make it and it is economical. It gives lots of energy for those who are involved in sports, etc. It has a very distinguished smoked taste. You can put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt the cheese, or to warm it up on a cold day.

    smoked virginia ham
  • 16 slice
    smoked gouda cheese
  • 4
    sub rolls
  • 8 slice
  • 8 slice
    lettuce leaves
  • 4 oz
    mayonnaise with olive oil

How to Make Sperling Smokehouse sub


  1. Cut open the Sub rolls
  2. spread about 1 ounce of mayonnaise on the top of each sub roll.
  3. put 2 lettuce leaves on the top of each sub roll.
  4. Put 2 tomatoes on the top of each sub roll.
  5. Put 4 slices of Smoked Virginia Ham on the bottom of each sub roll.
  6. Put 4 slices of Smoked Gouda on the bottom of each sub roll.
  7. close the sub. Serv hot or clod
