This is and easy lunch to make. Any one 7 and up can make it and it is economical. It gives lots of energy for those who are involved in sports, etc. It has a very distinguished smoked taste. You can put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt the cheese, or to warm it up on a cold day.

Ingredients

  • 16 slices smoked virginia ham
  • 16 slices smoked gouda cheese
  • 4 - sub rolls
  • 8 slices tomatoes
  • 8 slices lettuce leaves
  • 4 ounces mayonnaise with olive oil

How To Make sperling smokehouse sub

  • Step 1
    Cut open the Sub rolls
  • Step 2
    spread about 1 ounce of mayonnaise on the top of each sub roll.
  • Step 3
    put 2 lettuce leaves on the top of each sub roll.
  • Step 4
    Put 2 tomatoes on the top of each sub roll.
  • Step 5
    Put 4 slices of Smoked Virginia Ham on the bottom of each sub roll.
  • Step 6
    Put 4 slices of Smoked Gouda on the bottom of each sub roll.
  • Step 7
    close the sub. Serv hot or clod
