How to Make Smokin' St. Louis Cut Ribs - Texas Style


  1. Get your smoker going and bring the temperature up to 235 - 250 degrees.
  2. Prep your ribs if needed and rub the slab down on both sides with half a recipe of grillin' rub. Let rest 30 minutes while smoker is heating up.
  3. Place slab meat side down. Smoke for 45 minutes.
  4. Flip and smoke for another 45 minutes.
  5. Bring them inside and place them on aluminum foil. Drizzle with the worcestershire sauce and wrap them.
  6. Place back on the grill for another hour.
  7. Bring them back inside and brush with your favorite bbq sauce.
  8. Place them back on the grill to caramelize for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
