I love the simplicity of using crock pot/slow cooker. This is one of my favorites. My daughter uses it for Pulled Pork - it all works.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lb
    pork tenderloin (i have used a boneless pork roast as well)
  • 1/4 c
    low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow prepared mustard
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced or chopped dried onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Step-by-Step

  1. Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork tenderloin
  3. Cook on low setting for 6 hours
