slow cooker pork chops,and stuffing

I wanted to make something quick today. I came up with this.It came out delicious! . I don't usually make things like this,but I was amazed at how yummy it came out. It is a great complete dinner.Pork,stuffing,and gravy in one pot. Just add a Veggie on the side,and enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops your preference
  • 1 - envelope of dried onion soup mix like lipton.
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup(i used campbell"s)
  • - water 1 1/2 soup cans full
  • 3/4 bag 12 ounce bag of pepperidge farm cubed stuffing
  • - pinch of thyme dried!
  • 1 - large sweet onion like vadalia sliced and halved

How To Make slow cooker pork chops,and stuffing

  • Step 1
    Set Slow cooker to low. Place Pork chops in the bottom of pot. If all do not fit. It is ok to top with the last 2 chops.
  • Step 2
    Place the sliced onion on top of the chops. Sprinkle the Bagged stuffing over it.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle a pinch of Thyme over stuffing. Get a medium bowl. Mix the 2 cans of soup with the envelope of onion soup mix. Add the 1 1/2 cans of water and stir well.
  • Step 4
    Pour soup mixture over the chops. Cook on low 5-6 hours. High maybe half the time. During last half hour of cook time. Remove cover so that the gravy thickens more. Enjoy!!
