Ingredients

  • 6
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1-10.75oz. can(s)
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1
    beef bouillon cube

How to Make Slow Cooker Golden Mushroom Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of oil. Remove from pan and brown pork chops in the same pan.
  2. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to onions and mushrooms. Mix together and spoon over pork chops.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or until tender. Can thicken gravy, if desired, after removing pork chops from the slow cooker.
