Slow Cooker Golden Mushroom Pork Chops
6pork chops, boneless
1/8 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspblack pepper
1medium onion, chopped
1 csliced fresh mushrooms
1-10.75oz. can(s)golden mushroom soup
1beef bouillon cube
How to Make Slow Cooker Golden Mushroom Pork Chops
- Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of oil. Remove from pan and brown pork chops in the same pan.
- Place pork chops in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to onions and mushrooms. Mix together and spoon over pork chops.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until tender. Can thicken gravy, if desired, after removing pork chops from the slow cooker.
