Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • PORK

  • 2 lb
    boneless pork roast
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    each fresh sage, rosemary, and thyme minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c

  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How to Make Slow Cooker Balsamic Glazed Pulled Pork


  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over roast. Place the roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle the herbs and garlic over roast and pour the water over all. cook 6 to 8 hours until pork can be shredded.
  2. Meanwhile cook the glaze ingredients together . Place in a sauce pan and bring to a boil reduce to a simmer cooking until reduced and thickened.
  3. Drizzle over shredded pork and serve
