1Place half of the boneless chops on bottom of slow cooker; place one stick butter and half your onions, carrots, potatoes onto chops. Sprinkle half of the Italian seasoning; add remaining chops, onions, carrots, and potatoes; sprinkle remaining seasoning. Pour chicken broth over the top of it all. Place lid on cooker.
2Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
I took some of the juice, placed in in a skillet, brought to a boil, added some cornstarch to water, mixed until dissolved, poured in broth simmered on low heat until desired consistency. ****I don't have exact measurements because there wasn't any. My mother taught me how to make gravy and there was never an actual recipe; (you can look up recipes for gravies if you need exact recipe).
