savory pork chops (5-star!)

I wanted to name these "5-Star Pork Chops", but hubby said he wanted them called "Savory Pork Chops" instead (and it is his recipe after all. lol). But, they taste like you are eating at a 5-Star Restaurant!! Seriously, these are amazing!

Ingredients

  • 4 - pork chops, boneless, center cut
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed (not dill weed)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried & crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • - balsamic vinegar
  • - olive oil
  • - horseradish sauce

How To Make savory pork chops (5-star!)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Cut 2 slits in each chop. Slide the sliced garlic into the slits.
  • Step 3
    Mix remaining dry ingredients. Rub onto both sides of meat.
  • Step 4
    Place on baking sheet with a rack to keep them raised up. Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.
  • Step 5
    Roast at 350 for 30-45 mins, or until done.
  • Step 6
    Serve with a little Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
