I wanted to name these "5-Star Pork Chops", but hubby said he wanted them called "Savory Pork Chops" instead (and it is his recipe after all. lol). But, they taste like you are eating at a 5-Star Restaurant!! Seriously, these are amazing!

  • 4
    pork chops, boneless, center cut
  • 3-4 clove
    garlic, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    dill seed (not dill weed)
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    rosemary, dried & crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
  • ·
    balsamic vinegar
  • ·
    olive oil
  • ·
    horseradish sauce

How to Make Savory Pork Chops (5-Star!)


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut 2 slits in each chop. Slide the sliced garlic into the slits.
  3. Mix remaining dry ingredients. Rub onto both sides of meat.
  4. Place on baking sheet with a rack to keep them raised up. Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.
  5. Roast at 350 for 30-45 mins, or until done.
  6. Serve with a little Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
