I wanted to name these "5-Star Pork Chops", but hubby said he wanted them called "Savory Pork Chops" instead (and it is his recipe after all. lol). But, they taste like you are eating at a 5-Star Restaurant!! Seriously, these are amazing!

Ingredients

pork chops, boneless, center cut
3-4 clove
garlic, sliced thin
1 Tbsp
salt
1 tsp
dill seed (not dill weed)
1 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
rosemary, dried & crushed
1/2 tsp
thyme
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
horseradish sauce

How to Make Savory Pork Chops (5-Star!)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2Cut 2 slits in each chop. Slide the sliced garlic into the slits.
  • 3Mix remaining dry ingredients. Rub onto both sides of meat.
  • 4Place on baking sheet with a rack to keep them raised up. Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.
  • 5Roast at 350 for 30-45 mins, or until done.
  • 6Serve with a little Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
