savory pork chops (5-star!)
I wanted to name these "5-Star Pork Chops", but hubby said he wanted them called "Savory Pork Chops" instead (and it is his recipe after all. lol). But, they taste like you are eating at a 5-Star Restaurant!! Seriously, these are amazing!

Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops, boneless, center cut
- 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill seed (not dill weed)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried & crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- - balsamic vinegar
- - olive oil
- - horseradish sauce
How To Make savory pork chops (5-star!)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cut 2 slits in each chop. Slide the sliced garlic into the slits.

Step 3Mix remaining dry ingredients. Rub onto both sides of meat.

Step 4Place on baking sheet with a rack to keep them raised up. Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.

Step 5Roast at 350 for 30-45 mins, or until done.

Step 6Serve with a little Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
