Ingredients

  • 5
    sausage links, cut into thick coins (i used hot n sweet)
  • 3 large
    red potatoes, cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 large
    peppers, cut into strips (i used red n green)
  • 1 large
    onion, sliced
  • 3 clove
    garlic, quarterd
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil , divided
  • ·
    a few leaves of basil, torn
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    blk pepper

How to Make SAUSAGE POTATOES N PEPPERS

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 PUT SAUSAGE COINS N CUT POTATOES INTO BAKN DISH N DRIZZLE ON 2 -3TBLSPNS OF OLIVE OIL N MIX TO COAT. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES N MIX N THEN BAKE FOR ADDL 15 MINUTES.
  2. REMOVE BAKN DISH N ADD PEPPERS, ONION, N GARLIC. THEN DRIZZLE REMAINN OLIVE OIL n SPRINKLE ON SALT N PEPPER THEN MIX TO COMBINE. BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL POTATOES R COOKED THRU...ADD TORN BASIL LEAVES N MIX HALF WAY THRU.
  3. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES N MIX HALFWAY THRU N ADD TORN BASIL . TEST TO C IF POTATOES R COOKD THRU IF NOT LEAVE IN OVEN FOR ADDTL. 5 MINUTES N ENJOY :)
