I've notice quite a few recipe lately which involve sausage so I thought I share this one I found

yield 1-3 rolls of mixture

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds ground pork
  • 1 pound bacon
  • - sage
  • - pepper
  • - hot pepper
  • - parsley
  • - basil
  • - maple syrup

How To Make sausage meat

  • Step 1
    Easy homemade sausage 5 lb. ground pork loin, 1 lb bacon, garlic salt, ground sage, pepper, hot pepper flakes, dried basil and parsley, maple syrup. DELICIOUS!
  • Step 2
    Mix and use hands. That's what we have them for !
  • Step 3
    Use in your dishes.... Delicious !!!
