- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 - diced sweet white onion
- 2 - diced red sweet bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ! tablespoon montreal seasoning
- 2 cans budweiser beer
- 1 bottle 16 oz salsa verde
How To Make salsa verde pork tenderloin

Step 1Place onions & peppers in bottom of crock pot. Place pork tenderloin on top. Cover with soy sauce & montreal seasoning. Top with salsa verde. Pour beer around tenderloin. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.

Step 2I cooked pork tenderloin from frozen state. Very tender when done.
