Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 - diced sweet white onion
  • 2 - diced red sweet bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ! tablespoon montreal seasoning
  • 2 cans budweiser beer
  • 1 bottle 16 oz salsa verde

How To Make salsa verde pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Place onions & peppers in bottom of crock pot. Place pork tenderloin on top. Cover with soy sauce & montreal seasoning. Top with salsa verde. Pour beer around tenderloin. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
  • Step 2
    I cooked pork tenderloin from frozen state. Very tender when done.
