This will become your go-to ham for the holiday. It's honestly one of the best I've ever had! The glaze is sweet and spicy with a slight tang from the mustard. Since it's baked uncovered and basted, it gets glazed and crisp around the edges, but nice and moist inside. So good! The Test Kitchen
1spiral sliced ham 5-7 lbs
1 cRiesling wine
1/2 clight brown sugar, packed
1/2 cstone ground mustard
1 jar(s)18 oz, mango-pepper jelly
How to Make Riesling Mango-Pepper Glazed Ham
- Remove from heat and discard thyme sprigs.
- Let stand 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Any remaining glaze can be served on the side as a gravy of sorts.
