  • 4
    pork loin cutlets, 1/2"-thick
  • 3 Tbsp
    italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic

How to Make Quick-n-easy parmesan chork chops

Step-by-Step

  1. In shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dredge each cutlet into bread crumb mix, coating evenly.
  2. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add pork, onion and garlic. Cook about 10 mins, turning pork over once.
