My aunt gave me this recipe & I've fixed it numerous of times. We all love it and don't want it any other way. ** My country cole slaw, y'all is the best with this! great combination ** I'll give you the recipe for the sauce also, even though I normally just pour in baby rays bbq sauce instead.

Ingredients For pulled pork

8 lbpork butt (shoulder)

1 Tbspmild, paprika

2 tspbrown sugar

1 1/2 tsphot paparika

1/2 tspcelery salt

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tspdry mustard

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make pulled pork

1mix all ingredients together, rub all over pork., put fat side facing up in pan and cover with aluminum foil.

2bake in oven at 300 Degree F. for about 4-6 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195 Degrees F.

3once done, drain grease, shred meat and mix either with bbq sauce or with the homemade sauce I will list below.

4WET MIX 2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar 1-1/3 cup water 5/8 cup Ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 5 tsp salt 4 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp black pepper **Put wet mix together in separate bowl and pour over meat. .. you may have to make this same recipe several times to get enough to cover the meat. just depends on how much pork you have.
