Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 2 cups fully cooked shredded pork
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups chilled cooked wild rice
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 tablespoons honey barbecue sauce
How To Make pulled pork fried rice

Step 1Heat sesame oil in a large, deep skillet over high heat.

Step 2Add shredded pork and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.

Step 3Add diced carrot, chopped red onion, horseradish sauce, seasoned pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes; stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Step 4Add cooked rice; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the pan forming a well in the center.

Step 5Add beaten eggs to the center of the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Toss with rice mixture and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
