1Pour evaporated milk into a pie plate, stir in salt & pepper, and Italian herbs. Empty mashed potato flakes onto a second plate
2Dip pork chops into evaporated milk mixture, then into potato flakes to coat well. Place chops in a 13x9 greased baking dish. Combine soup with water in a bowl and spoon soup over each pork chop and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
3Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender and golden brown.
