Potato Flake Pork Chops
2/3 cevaporated milk
1 tspmixed italian herbs
2 pkginstant mashed potatoes flakes (i used garlic flavored)
6 or 8pork chops, your choice of cut
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cparmesan cheese
How to Make Potato Flake Pork Chops
- Pour evaporated milk into a pie plate, stir in salt & pepper, and Italian herbs. Empty mashed potato flakes onto a second plate
- Dip pork chops into evaporated milk mixture, then into potato flakes to coat well. Place chops in a 13x9 greased baking dish. Combine soup with water in a bowl and spoon soup over each pork chop and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender and golden brown.
