potato flake pork chops
These chops we enjoyed last night for dinner. They are easy to put together.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 packages instant mashed potatoes flakes (i used garlic flavored)
- 6 or 8 - pork chops, your choice of cut
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make potato flake pork chops

Step 1Pour evaporated milk into a pie plate, stir in salt & pepper, and Italian herbs. Empty mashed potato flakes onto a second plate

Step 2Dip pork chops into evaporated milk mixture, then into potato flakes to coat well. Place chops in a 13x9 greased baking dish. Combine soup with water in a bowl and spoon soup over each pork chop and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender and golden brown.
