potato flake pork chops

These chops we enjoyed last night for dinner. They are easy to put together.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages instant mashed potatoes flakes (i used garlic flavored)
  • 6 or 8 - pork chops, your choice of cut
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make potato flake pork chops

  • Step 1
    Pour evaporated milk into a pie plate, stir in salt & pepper, and Italian herbs. Empty mashed potato flakes onto a second plate
  • Step 2
    Dip pork chops into evaporated milk mixture, then into potato flakes to coat well. Place chops in a 13x9 greased baking dish. Combine soup with water in a bowl and spoon soup over each pork chop and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender and golden brown.
