Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 4 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds pork sirloin, cut up for stir-fry meat
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1 can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 can sliced waterchesnuts, drained
- - hot cooked rice
How To Make pork with green onions

Step 1Mix 3 Tbsp soy sauce, cold water, cornstarch, and sugar in bowl; add pork, refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, sherry, vinegar and sesame oil; set aside.

Step 3Head oil in uncovered wok at 400 degrees. Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add pork and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 4Add green onions, waterchesuts and bambo shoots. Stir-fry 30 seconds. Add Sherry mixture and stir until smooth and thickened. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
